1. Call our Center
Contact us for your home care needs.
If you have difficulty carrying out your daily care, such as washing yourself, putting on your support stockings or checking your blood pressure, contact Soinsuisse on 022 508 01 72 or by email .
No medical prescription is necessary to begin the process.
2. Home visit for assessment
After your call, one of our specialized nurses will visit your home to conduct an assessment questionnaire of your needs.
This initial visit is fully covered by your insurance, regardless of the reason for the request.
3. Sending the assessment to the LAMal insurance
The assessment conducted by our nurse is then sent directly to your LAMal insurance. This document determines the care that will be covered in the future. There is no need to go through your primary care doctor to obtain a prescription.
4. Setting up reimbursed care
Following the insurance agreement, home care will be set up according to the identified needs. The services are fully reimbursed by your LAMal insurance, thus ensuring you receive suitable support without having to pay in advance.
